All prices listed on IceBathUSA.com include door-to-door freight shipping—there are no hidden shipping fees, regardless of your location.

📦 Delivery & Handling

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.

  • Once shipped, delivery times vary depending on destination and local customs processes.

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order is on its way.

🚚 Freight Shipping Information

Due to the size and weight of our products, all deliveries are handled via freight carriers and include:

  • Curbside delivery with prior scheduling.

  • Signature confirmation upon delivery.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.

✅ Damaged Goods Policy

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that your product arrives damaged, we will:

  • Replace it free of charge

  • Handle all associated return shipping costs

Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and report any damage within 48 hours of receipt by contacting our support team with photos and a brief description.

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

If you're unsatisfied with your purchase due to appearance or aesthetic reasons, we understand—your satisfaction is important to us.

You have two options:

  • Exchange the product

  • Request a refund

In either case, the customer will be responsible for 50% of the return shipping cost. The product must be unused and returned in original condition and packaging.
