If your ice bath arrives damaged or defective, we'll make it right — completely on us.
Return your tub within 30 days of delivery for a full refund once received and inspected.
Swap for a different model or size within 30 days. We'll handle the logistics once you initiate.
Cold plunges are large, heavy freight items — return shipping can be significant. For change-of-mind returns and exchanges, you're responsible for 50% of the return shipping cost. We'll always provide a quote upfront before you commit to a return so there are no surprises.

How to start a return

Send your order number and reason for return to info@icebathusa.com. We respond within 1 business day.
We'll confirm your eligibility, provide a shipping quote (if applicable), and send step-by-step return instructions.
Pack your item in its original packaging and ship it using the carrier we specify. Keep your tracking number.
Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. Exchanges ship as soon as your return clears.

Email us at info@icebathusa.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange. We'll respond within 1 business day with eligibility confirmation and next steps.
If your unit arrives with visible shipping damage, manufacturing defects, or fails to function as described within the first 7 days of delivery, it qualifies for a free replacement. Please photograph any damage before contacting us — this speeds up the process significantly.
We'll get a freight quote from our carrier partners and split the cost with you 50/50. We'll send you the quote for approval before anything is scheduled — you're never charged without agreeing first.
All returned items must be unused and in like-new condition in their original packaging. We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if items show signs of use or are not in resellable condition.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
That counts as an exchange. As long as it's within 30 days of delivery and your unit is in original condition, we can swap it out. You'll cover 50% of both the return freight and the outbound shipping for the new item.
