✅ Damaged or Defective Products

If your ice bath arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it free of charge — including all shipping costs.

  • If you return your tub within 30 days of delivery, we’ll issue a full refund once the product is received and inspected.

  • You will be responsible for 50% of the return shipping cost.

  • The product must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • We’re happy to help with an exchange within 30 days of delivery.

  • You’ll cover 50% of the return shipping cost and 50% of the shipping cost for the new item.
