Every product page clearly states the fulfillment track and estimated delivery time. You'll also see this confirmed in your order confirmation email. If you're unsure, contact us before purchasing and we'll confirm the current status of your specific item.
Yes — All of our prices include door-to-door delivery, regardless of the location.
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched you'll receive a tracking number via email. For domestic shipments this updates in real time. For international freight, tracking updates may be less frequent during the ocean transit phase but will update at each port of entry.
Cold plunges are large, heavy items shipped via freight carriers — not standard parcel services. Delivery is typically curbside or threshold. The carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment.
For in-stock orders, cancellations or changes must be made within 24 hours. For made-to-order items, once production has been initiated, changes may not be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change.
For in-stock U.S. warehouse items, expedited shipping may be available depending on your location. Contact us before placing your order and we'll check availability and provide a quote. Expedited options are not available for overseas or made-to-order items.
