Built with durable Thermo-Spruce, which lasts twice as long as cedar, and featuring 1.65” thick staves for superior thermal resistance, this sauna is built to withstand the elements. Ingenious design elements include watertight shingle kits, dual floor drains for water management, and stainless steel barrel bands for stability. Inside, the sauna is enhanced by waterproof LED lighting, with optional ambiance features like color-changing mood lighting. SaunaLife Limited Lifetime Warranty

The sauna is covered by SaunaLife's limited lifetime warranty against defects in workmanship for residential use. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser.

• Heaters and add-on accessories are covered by their own manufacturer warranties.
• Not covered: commercial use, alterations or deviation from the assembly instructions, repairs by unauthorized parties, normal weathering or natural changes in the wood, and labor, removal, or reinstallation costs.
• Inspect your shipment at delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt. Shipping damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Shipping & Returns

• Fast US shipping: In-stock units ship from a US warehouse, typically within 2–5 business days. Tracking is emailed once your order leaves the warehouse.
• Freight delivery: Ships via LTL freight to the lower 48 states only (no Alaska, Hawaii, or international). Shipping weight is approx. 1,367 lbs — plan on help or equipment for unloading.
• Cancellations: Free of charge any time before your order ships.
• Returns: Due to freight costs, returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee plus return shipping. Please contact us before sending anything back.
