- Indoor use only — placing the sauna outdoors voids the warranty.
- Minor surface cracks from natural wood expansion and contraction are not defects.
- Inspect your shipment at delivery and note any visible damage on the carrier's delivery receipt. Shipping damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
